anyways after i got married & adjusting to life it has not been easy trying to find the time, or energy to go to the gym...when i finally got into my routine i got pregnant & was practically on my death bed. i have just started to have energy these last few days with getting my house back in order & being able to cook a real meal & TODAY I WORKED OUT...not like 20 minutes of walking like it has been but i was on the treadmill jogging & then i did the stair master. about 40 minutes of doing all that, i was pretty much done...in fact i dont even remember how i got home.
after a good workout i always want to replenish my muscles with some good nutrients & try & bring my energy back up a lil...so i made my favorite green smoothie! now beckham hates smoothies...one day i had just went to jamba juice to pick up a smoothie for lunch & when i got home i was sitting on the couch watching some tv...without ANY warning i threw up all over myself. ((TMI?)) my sweet lil man loves his mom but hates any kind of sugar! there was way too many fruits going through my body all at once & beckham was NOT having it. so needless to say, smoothies have never been something i am dying to have these days, except for this SIMPLE green smoothie.

WE GET TO SEE BECKHAM TOMORROW- on an ultrasound of course, but excited nonetheless
