29 WeEkS!

it is crazy to think i am almost at 30 weeks! these last couple weeks have flown by...as much as i am ready to be done being pregnant, i have enjoyed the last couple precious moments with this sweet lil girl. learning her personality is so fun! she is still a big mover when music comes on which could mean she is going to be our tiny dancer or she is going to be our lil musician...both i am completely okay with. yesterday i am pretty sure she was in a food coma for a good while because i didnt feel her moving all morning & most of the afternoon...i started to get a lil concerned that something was wrong so i checked her heartbeat with our doppler & of course all was well. it wasnt till jake got home that she started moving like crazy again. i love that she knows when he is home & knows when he is touching my belly. her kicks & jabs get a lil more intense...the cutest lil father daughter bonding!

lately i have been trying to get everything together for our lil one. jake & i bought a new washer & dryer that will be here next week. we have been using grandma shirleys for the time being but we know that laundry will be in larger quantities when brighton is here. -especially with how much i plan on changing her throughout the day....

her room is still a work in progress, i walk in there & feel so overwhelmed with how much i have to do that i end up just walking out & cleaning some other part of the house. i have been deep cleaning every room getting prepared so i dont have to do so much before she gets here.

29 weeks!

 

total weight gain: 21 pounds

maternity clothes: YES

stretch marks: no

sleep: when i finally get comfortable to sleep, i sleep well but then i have to get up all through the night to go use the bathroom

best moment this week: getting to see her at the doctors

missing anything?: being comfortable

movement: all the time

food cravings: crackers, salami, cheese, & apples

anything making you sick?: food at night has been making me feel sick...if i dont eat before a certain time i feel bloated & like i am going to get sick

are you showing: oh yes...i think people look at me & think she must be ready to have this baby any day now

gender: a lil daughter of god, brighton!

labor signs: yes, i went in to see my doctor this week because i was having really bad contractions...everything ended up being good though

belly button in or out?: out...when i laugh it sticks out even more

wedding rings on or off?: off- it still fits but after wearing it all day my fingers start to swell making it tight. i rather not wear it then it get stuck

happy or moody most of the time?: happy

looking forward to?: christmas, then new years, then baby girl!
